HVLS FANS
Concept
The airflow generated by an HVLS fan moves downward in a column, spreading outward in all directions once it reaches the floor. It flows horizontally until it encounters a wall or the airflow from another fan, at which point the air circulates upward and returns toward the fan. This creates a convection-like effect that increases as the fan keeps rotating. As a result, the enhanced air circulation replaces warm, humid air with cooler, drier air. This process evenly mixes the air, leading to a temperature reduction of 3 to 5 degrees, depending on the season.
